I'm going to go out on a limb and say no. Even if the scale length is correct (and a lot of those old Japanese basses were short or medium scale), you'll likely have to do some work hacking at the neck heel and/or the neck pocket if the heel is too big or wide. Conversely, if the heel is to narrow/small you won't get a solid fit.

I mean you could try it, but I wouldn't be surprised if you ran into some issues like that in the process. It's easy to swap and mix and match with Fenders and Fender-spec basses/parts, but outside that you'll generally have problems (or a lot of work) just slapping any old neck onto a different body.
