I play my electric guitars on a fender frontman 15G. The thing is is how I play. I turn the drive/master volume down to one, the normal to around 5 (ten on the guitar body), I push the drive select button, the gain up to ten, and leave everything else at five. I like the sound (since I'm doing rock-type songs), but I don't want to destroy my amp. When I listen to music, I used to turn the bass up all the way, because I thought it sounded the best. I busted my speakers. Anyway, if it is bad for the amp, is there a way around it? Thanks.

should be fine
I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.

yeah i mean as long as i've understood what you said, you're only running the gain at max. that shouldn't affect anythihg adversely, that's just affecting how much clipping there is of your signal.
