The time has come to replace the 1/4" out on my LTD and I was planning on doing it myself but then I thought about how it's active and wondered if I needed a certain type of jack. I really have a minute amount of experience with this particular part on the guitar and I need all of your guy's wisdom and knowledge on the matter. So anything you can throw my way would be greatly appreciated.

Nah, it's a regular three lead.

Wire your hot to the blue, and your two grounds to red and green.
