ok, so i have set up my guitars by myself for years and i have fixed my floating trem problems before but i am confused in this situation. so i was tuned is d standard using 48-11 (i think, something like that) and yesterday i put on new strings (56-13, tuned to d standard) so obviously my trem was going to need to be set up. i kept tightning the screws in the back and tuned and so on until it was settle and balanced right, but it kept going out of wack.. so heres my problem.. now it is at the point where i wont be able to tighten the screws in anymore and it is still not balanced.

That's an extra 5lbs just on the low E string. You will need more springs.
