I'm gonna change the tuners on my Epiphone SG-G310 (I know "haha") and a friend of mine has some Gibson Deluxe tuners lying around. Will these fit my guitar? If not, then what will?

They'll probably fit. Just pull off one of the old ones and sit the other one in place to see. It will take you a few minutes.
Otherwise I can highly recommend Grover locking tuners, they're pretty cheap and very good.

www.guitarfetish.com has sets starting at $26 for nice locking tuners

Are your tuners press bushings or are they thread on (the part that is on the front of the headstock)? Most modern tuners are 10mm but the vintage ones are typically 9mm so you have to reem the hole if they are 9mm (the pressed kind)

I imagine they're 10mm, because I got the guitar in 2010. And I'm not exactly sure what you mean by press bushing or tread on.

This isn't my exact guitar, but it has the same tuners. Which ones are they?

Yeah those are the modern 10mm style. Lots of cheaper guitars still use the old style ones(they are cheaper).
