On paper, that thing is LIGHT YEARS beyond the previous model. Looks like a good investment! I don't need the XLR capabilities, so I'm happy with my Apogee Jam (which is clearly what made IK step up their game with this latest model).

Edit: just saw the phantom power and MIDI capabilities. I love my Apogee, but if this thing delivers on all fronts, then I will proudly declare it the best product in its class.

Yeah, to me that was the thing too, I have condenser mics and a keyboard that I could use.

The specs look good, also it has the 3 cables included. I might order one and let you know how it is whenever I get it
