Title.

This is kind of a hard question for me to answer, as there's not many actors who have been in more than one role I like.

I guess I'd have to give it to Bryan Cranston. Not only has he been Meth cook Walt, but also because of his role as Hal on Malcolm In The Middle (the role he should have won his emmy for).

I'd say most of the cast of Breaking Bad is amazing in their own way. I don't really watch many non-comedy TV shows so I can't really say who is good considering comedies aren't really serious.

Actors I enjoy would be Steve Carrell, Kurtwood Smith, David Duchovny and Brendon Small's voice acting (if that counts).

Bryan Cranston is a solid choice.

I like Kevin Bacon in The Following.

Bryan Cranston gets the obligatory nod, but i just have to cast a vote for John Noble, most notably from the show Fringe. Mesmerizing character.

Joel McHale from Community also deserves a mention imo.

I see that show going downhill from here. I don't know how they're going to do the second season

But, damn, everyone in that show is a flawless actor. Kevin Bacon and James Purefoy sell it.

Since Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul have already been taken (and let's face it, they win hands down), I'll go with 4 > Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman (Sherlock), Mark Harmon (NCIS), and Kevin Spacey (House of Cards).

I hope it's not cheating that those are all movie actors as well :-)

EDIT: Oh yeah, honorable mention: Giancarlo Esposito although I think Revolution or whatever it's called really sucks

Hugh Laurie! He seems to be fitting for any role he gets in. Mostly Dr. Gregory House and Lieutenant George in Black Adder.

Gary Oldman is nice. And so is Bill Murray.

Don't watch that much tv/movies actually but I guess I've always liked Marldon Brando as well.

At least in the Godfather + Apocalypse Now.

Edit.

Oh. TV? I don't watch any stuff on the tv. the only one I know I like is the guy who plays Marshall in How I Met Your Mother. Aside from that. I don't know. Don't watch tv.

Benedict Cumberbatch. Seriously, he needs to cum per batch just to live through the day.

I'm not sure though. I don't know many TV actors.

Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje. Because he plays both Mr. Eko from Lost and Adebisi from OZ. Two of my favorite tv characters.
#34
Cranston, Paul, and Charlie Day would be my top three.

Cumberbatch is fantastic too

I've got a few:

Brian Cranston
Benedict Cumberbatch
Amy Poehler (i hated her at first, but from the second season of parks and rec, she was great.)
Hugh Laurie (at his best when he's with Stephen Fry, also great.)

Giancarlo Esposito gets honourable mention as i loved him as Gus Fring in Breaking Bad, but i've never seen him in anything else.
