My studios neck becomes very tacky or
sticky as you play this is hindering my
movement on the neck. Any fixes would
be great thanks.

I do after every play yet this
happens after about a hour
of play starts of fine then it
starts getting a grey hazy build
up.

you can use some steel-wool or wet-sand the back of the neck to knock down the glossy finish.

Or you can get some GHS fast fret and wipe it on the back of the neck every time you play.

Yeah I got some fast fret I'll give
it a shot but if not what grit steel
wool or wet sand would I use.
I'm keeping this guitar so taking
some finish off to make it better
playing is fine by me.

00 steel-wool or 800grit wet sand

tape off the head stock and heal in a triangle shape so you have nice clean lines and it will look like the guitar was made like that and not just a hack job.

You could also tape it off and sand the finish completely off and then coat the neck with tong-oil to seal it, this will give an awesome feel to the neck. there are some videos on youtube that walk through this.

If you want a permanent solution you can sand away the finish, pretty straightforward but here is an instructional video anyway.

Didn't you say that you had a stuffed fox that you would occasionally fuck?
