Hey there,

The high E string on my guitar doesn't line up with the middle of the pole piece on the pickup. It isn't completely dis-aligned but it's more to the side of the middle of the pole piece.

Does this matter? if so, how do i fix it?

nope
I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.

It can matter in a small way if you have an F-spaced pickups on a fixed bridge or normal spaced on a floating trem. But that puts out the bottom E aswell which is a bit more noticeable. It also depends on the magnetic field created by the pickup, a hot pickup you wouldn't notice either
