It is very common knowledge that you need to eat more in order to gain weight. Also a lot of people think that they can build a fantastic body by losing their weight and exercising. But if you do not add those calories while doing muscle building exercises you are bound to fall sick too soon. All your efforts will go down the drain because loss of weight will lead to loss of muscles. Get into eating On Whey Protein India and you will be able to gain those pounds of body mass without adding fat to your body. The unfortunate fact is that one cannot gain muscles without any limit but one can gain weight without any control. But when someone gets into eating whey protein to gain weight then they can add the required calories to the body without compromising on their muscle building.

Whey protein helps to manage weight as it has negligible fat and carbohydrate and is pure protein concentrate. It provides instant energy to our body. Whey protein tends to retain more muscle mass and lose a greater percentage of body fat, but it should be taken only with some physician or your fitness trainer consultation. Whey protein encourages the production of certain peptide hormone in the gastrointestinal tract, which promotes a feeling of fullness. Such control of hunger signals will lead to decreased appetite, which in turn will lead to less food intake. Whey protein is probably the highest quality protein available on the market, and one of the most easily absorbed.

My thought on the stuff.... And will all "supplements".... Avoid 'em, a waste of money.

Whey is basically a by-product of cheese and yoghurt production. The dairy industry didn't know what to do with the stuff... Till someone had the bright idea to market it as a supplement.

Consider that the vast majority of Americans already eat far more protein than they could ever assimilate. We have a protein-rich diet, unlike much of the rest of the world. Since we can't assimilate it all, it ends up in the toilet.
As one physician said, "Americans have the best-nourished toilets in the world."

I can see perhaps that competitive body-builders working for a competition might find it more efficient to get the amounts of protein they need from something like this other than just food...But for the vast majority of people it's just a marketing scam.

Whey is not a by-product. In earlier times people used up the whey as well after cheese making. It's very rich in nutrition and nowadays they just feed it back to the animals because it's more convenient.

But the whey you buy as protein supplement is probably from the big milk industry where the cows never seen grass and been fed with hormones so the whey is just as shit as the milk. So yeah, the cons probably outweigh the benefits.

Also, arguing in a thread made by an adbot.

I went into an organic food store and saw they have pea and soya protein powder and some other plant protein powders I can't remember. Their protein content isn't too far off whey, which is good if I ever go for bulking cause whey drinks make me queasy.

Protein supplements are much cheaper than eating piles of meat everyday.
