I have a rogue 12 string guitar which i made electric with a kit from amazon but after finally installing it all but the g and D strings makes good noise on my amp .Idk if it was maybe because the saddle got a little bit lifted.what should i do to hear those strings on my amp?

Well, the bottom of the saddle must be perfectly flat for all the strings to sound correctly.

You should also check to make sure there is no dirt or wood splinters under the pickup, so that that is backed up correctly, and laying flat in the bridge.

These are possibilities if your pickup is of the under saddle peizo electric variety.

If this isn't the case, post back with a make and model number, if you have installed a sound hole or other type pickup.

Here is a very good setup guide: http://thbecker.net/guitar_playing/guitars_and_setup/setup_page_01.html You'll find the proper technique and tool suggestions for sanding the saddle on page six.
