Hello there!

I have a T5 tuned one whole step down (D). I'm currently using the John Pearse 700M strings, which is:

.013, .017, .026, .035, .045, .056

And I want to switch to the DR DDT-13 strings, which is:

.013, .017, .022, .042, .056, .065

The T5 uses a bone saddle, which means it has to be filed down for the intonation to be correct. However, as you can see, the F string is .004 thinner. Will this cause intonation problems? Since the saddle possibly needs more height.
