I'm playing from guitar in to a Pocket Pod, and then in to the Scarlett 2i2.

I have a delay in to my headphones when recording, and it's making it impossible to keep a steady beat...Anyone know why this is?

Thanks.

It probably is the buffer size set too big.

Try going in your DAW's settings and make it lower.
Most DAWs have the theoretical latency written near the buffer size, so choose a size that gives you less than 10ms latency and less crackling possible (no crackling, ideally).

It could also be the pod though.
Do you have the same latency problem when you plug your guitar directly into the 2i2?
Name's Luca.

Clue: amplifiers amplify so don't turn it on if you need quiet.
