so if i play my 5150ii the high end will cut in and out. if i tap the top of the amp with my hand the high end will pop back in and it sounds normal. also when i take the amp off of standby there is a scratchy noise and then it goes back to normal. any ideas what this could be? ive been told it could be one of the following issues: power tubes, cap is going out, transfomer issue,

idk
