I'm about to replace the pots in my tele 72 deluxe RI, to replace to 250k with 500k pots. But I was also unhappy with the taper of the existing volume. I believe they're audio pots, and I don't like how most of the sweep occurs between 8 and 10.

Someone suggested a "modified log" taper, and that mojotone or dimarzio might do some. But I'm having trouble finding anything that suits my list of requirements:

- 500k
- modified/custom log taper
- push/pull switch
- solid, short shaft (to fit tele deluxe)
- (preferably) available in the UK

Any suggestions of a maker of pots that would do all this? Or should I ditch the requirement of such a specialised taper?
