Had a few beers on the weekend and me and my friend thought it would be a good idea to try and get a few scratch marks of the guitar head stock , We used some t cut on the scratch mark it is a lot less noticeable, when i got up the next day " with a bad hangover" - i noticed the part that was polished was very shiny, now the head stock has like a dull black paint its meant to be dull looking now i have a shiny patch that doesn't match , we used i white cloth when polishing and it didn't have any paint marks on the cloth should i leave it or should i just t cut the rest of the head stock? I am not sure what to do? .

I know somebody who used to T cut their guitars, now I think this is very strange behaviour but doesn't really do any harm. Do the whole headstock...
Shut up and play your guitar!
