My guitar is ibanez And the lock Nut screw is loose , I cant lock it. how to fix it??

If turning the screw clockwise doesn't tighten it than the threads are stripped and you'll need to go buy some new ones.

I've never used a locking nut, does it screw into wood metal? If it screws into wood, the wood's threads are most likely to be stripped, in which case you can fill the hole with toothpicks and screw your bolt in tightly.

The Lock NUT is located on the end of the neck near the headstock.

If the screw that actually locks the string down TO the nut is loose and can't be screwed down, it may be stripped. The easiest solution *may* be to replace the lock nut. If the lock nut itself is loose on the neck, you have a different problem.
