I just bought a Fender Telecaster and I'm wondering if my pickups are positioned in the best way. The Bridge pickup is raised higher on the high-E side and lower on the low-E side. Is this a normal position or do I need to do some adjusting?

are all your strings at the same volume (when you're plugged in)? if so, it's fine. the higher strings are thinner so have less output, so some people raise the pickup towards the treble side to compensate. other people don't bother. Just depends on what you want.
I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.
