So I recently got into singing, kinda liked it, and decided to stick with it. Along with my guitar playing. I'm looking for a microphone for around 90-100$ and so I've come to my fellow musicians on UG for some buyers tips and your opinions. For a complete beginner any help would be much appreciated.

For live/rehearsals definitely a Shure SM58.
For recordings, in your price range, I'd say the Audio Technica AT2020 is what I'd trust the most. Not sure about this one though, since I haven't used mics that cheap for vocals.

Your balls. You lost the right to them. Hand them over.
