So... i have my guitar(Dean ML ATF 3000)
the specs are:
Neck - Mahogany Set Neck+Rosewood
Body - Mahogany
Brdige - OFR

My Bridge Pickup was DMT Baker PU and I've changed it to Sh-4. The thing is... my sound became more open, but became a little bit muddy(the amount of bass is just hude).
So my questions is - What Pickup should I place there do get nice tones?
The tone i'd like to get is some'thng like Periphery's last album. It's not like i'm a big fan of those but... my sound in the bridge now is very dark, and i'd like to have a more bright open sound, pretty melodic and warm, but at the same time pretty clear on the lows. I usually play in Drop B Or C.

What Pickup Would you recommend me to try? I'm looking at some DiMarzio's or something from the BareKnuckle pickups.
P.S. I prefer passive pickups

yes, I'm shure... maybe that's because of the amp?
the pickup is great, but i can't get a nice setting maybe

yes, i've tried a couple.
can it be muddy 'cause I have a floyd and using sh-4 instead of tb4? so the the string isn't above the magnet directly?

No I doubt that is it. What speakers are you using?

You just may not like the SH-4

no, i've tried it in a couple guitars, pretty much liked it
it's a Roland Amp Head+Blackstar cab, don't remember the exact name of the amp

Is the pickup baseplate (connected to the bare wire) properly grounded? Not grounding a magnetic baseplate will increase the inductance of the pickup which can make it sound muddy.
