Does anybody recognize this humbucker? Its on a Lag rockline that i found in a pawnshop.
Pole pieces make me think it could be a dimarzio, but it really could be anything. Nobody is going to be able to identify it for sure without seeing the back plate.
I'm guessing the same as it's the only pickup I've ever seen with those kind of pole pieces.
Actually called Mark!

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.
Well now that I zoom in on the picture, it's pretty clear it's not a dimarzio

Does look like the parallel axis, never seen pole pieces like that before

can't say for sure that's what it is, but it's the only readily available one i'm aware of with polepieces like that.
I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.
