Hey everyone,

Need some help with my project guitar, its an acoustic Kimbara guitar, about 25+ years old.
For about 20 of those years, it was lost in the back of my cousin's attic, unfortunately with the strings left on at full tension. So largely due to this, the body of the guitar has warped, with the face of the guitar ,and therefore the saddle, now pulled out much further than it was originally. I've tried filing down the bridge as much as I could but the gap between the fretboard and the strings is still huge towards the higher frets.

Any advice on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated!
