Suddenly my string become very very tight, i didnt mess up with my guitar before, i just change the bridge height several times, and tomorrow when i tune up my guitar after changing the bridge height, it becomes very tight and my 1st string broke down. Could anybody help me??

New strings, they're not expensive enough to make enough of a fuss.

Great thread! I'm curious of what to do if a string breaks too. I'd guess you'll need a new guitar.
