Hi. I "main" playing bass guitar but I don`t like to narrow myself down to only playing bass guitar. I had 2 Squier guitars for jammin which I sold to get a Jazz Bass also I have an acoustic guitar. I am looking for a 150 euro (smth like 200$) tops guitar for home jamming and please don't suggest Squiers. I reserched the webs and found two models that were quite nice but I like to have at least a tremolo :

1.Ibanez GRGR121EX-BKN
2.Jackson JS12 Dinky
3. ???

Also don`t offer me 2nd hand, new ones are way easier to get where I live.(Free shipping)

I would say, wait a few weeks and see what presents Santa brought and what ones are not wanted, there may be some bargains out there for newish guitars.

Cheers

what do you mean by "have at least a tremolo"? the squier is a nice guitar for its value, they also got a tremolo on their stratocaster model I'm not sure there will be another nice guitar on your budget other than squier line.

Btw the ibanez you specified over there doesn't have a tremolo.

LTD brand seems to be well liked and not expensive.
I got an austin strat copy for my daughter cheap - not bad. holds tune well, nice neck. Tuners are not my fave but they're cheap to change.
I got a dean bass and am very impressed with the quality of it, their guitars get pretty good ratings.
I like my ibanez bass (200 model bought used for $99) and play a 300 and ibby makes solid stuff.

In that price range guitars usually don't come with tremolos, and if they do, they aren't usually great quality and will most likely have tuning problems.

I would spend a bit more money on the guitar. It doesn't matter if it's a Squier or not. Everything in that price range will be pretty much the same quality.

It's better to spend a bit more money on a good guitar than always buy the cheapest ones.

I don't think spending more on a guitar that I will play once in a week is worth. I just want to bust out some licks on GR5 from time to time. I already said I had 2 Squiers and I want to try different brand.

I'll reiterate that I don't think you're going to find a better made guitar in your price range than Ibanez.
