I just bought a Woolly Mammoth used, online from Chicago Music Exchange, which I thought was a reputable seller. There are a few issues with it though, most notably of which is that when the pedal is off, no sound at all travels through. When it is on, the effect is so quiet that the amp has to be turned up quite high to hear it. I have double checked the instrument, amp, all cables, and the battery, and they are all fine.

Is this normal for a Woolly Mammoth or is it defective? The knobs are also out of alignment from each other, but I figure that can be fixed easily/is not a significant issue.
Phone/e-mail them up and tell 'em your problems. Have you tried that yet?
