So I'm starting to record guitars in cubase using le pou plugins ,ts808 plugin and guitarhacks impulse pack.

I noticed a lot of noise, can U suggest me some good noise gate plugins or something, and tell me just how can I reduce that noise?
Also can u tell me some tips how to eq guitars so I can get something like this tone : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Orn_IVmp2lo , I've done everything he said but my sound just sucks

Cubase has a good noise gate built right in.

Could I get some more talent in the monitors, please?

I know it sounds crazy, but try to learn to inhale your voice. www.thebelcantotechnique.com

Can you tell me some settings or how tweak it best?

Put a hi pass filter to cut out some of the noise on the higher freqs. As for the gate, adjust the threshold to your liking and keep the decay fairly low. I used to set my gate at around noon for high gain stuff.

No one can, because what works for one person won't always work for another due to about a million reasons.

The best advice anyone can give you in relation to how to mix, is to tell you to go off and to learn how all the different plug ins work and then to use your ears.

If it was as easy as copying settings then everyone could do it.
