So I've been outta bass for a while. Kinda moved it to a background thing where I only played once every two weeks maybe for 15 minutes or so. But recently my roommate and I have been jamming with a guitarist and I just get that punched in the balls feeling where you know you're not at that level you thought you were at anymore...

Sad feels, bass bros. Sad feels...

Anyway, I need some help getting back into practice with metal and tapping technique with scales and arpeggios. Anyone care to recommend any good videos or lessons? Links much appreciated!

Also, here's a video that kinda punched me in the balls recently...

This guy is soo good and his sound is heavenly. Let's take a moment to revel in the glory of fretless bass in the metal genre.

FatalGear41 knows the ways of the obscure. I hear it's just not with Gibsons. Beware, Halloween approaches...
