Im about to change my pickups on my Les Paul. Im thinking of Slash Seymour Duncan signature in the neck pos. and whole lotta humbucker at bridge, Good or Bad?

If BAD what kind of pup's combo should i get?
PEACE!

I like to play all kinds of ROCK music.

That's a pretty common way to go, the brighter, tighter Alnico V magnet is arguably better suited to the bridge position whilst the looser bottom end and softer attack of Alnico II works well for the lower output neck position.
Actually called Mark!

though obviously the magnet isn't the only thing affecting the overall tone and you have to judge each specific case on its own merits, too. I haven't tried the whole lotta humbucker, so don't know how well it'd work with an alnico II pro.
I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.
