I wish I was better at writing titles. Inspired by Oedipus helping Vintage x Metal realize there is no God.

John Irving's The Cider House Rules influenced my opinion of abortion greatly, and now I'm okay with it.

Once I saw a picture of a mind and said "i want one of those" and that's how i made up my mind hurr durr

I didn't "realize" it; it's just what I believe personally Thanks for the thread though

Bukowski as a teenager helped me look at male sexuality from a different perspective than the typical chick-flick standard I was fed

60's Fantastic Four comics have probably made me more tolerant towards religion i.e. not such a douchebag

A little cliche, but Jackson Pollock opened me up to the idea that art really can be anything, and that all art is of equal value.

Was gonna post a picture of a giant vagina. Not an actual giant vagina, I mean like a big piece of art which has a vagina on it.

Snatch is such a crude term - Use a better one like axe-wound or cave-opening.

Taking art history reminded me how eurocentric education is.

West is best, white is right

are those the vagina paintings referenced in Breaking Bad?

Bukowski

all I know of Bukowski is a mention of his work in a Razorlight lyric
my lack of culture is showing
But boys will be boys and girls have those eyes
that'll cut you to ribbons, sometimes
and all you can do is just wait by the moon
and bleed if it's what she says you ought to do

You're a dimbo who changes his opinion too easily.

no son I just like georgia o'keeffe and her work is typically vagina-y

and it's okay Bukowski is just an old obscene dude who writes about himself for every main character in his books (e.g. in his book 'Women' the main character is a 50 something writer who used to work at a post office who now gets fan mail from all kinds of young chicks who want to hop on it and he talks about how nice his legs are and how white people don't have butts... he writes that book after he starts getting famous... one of his first novels is just called 'Post Office')
