I used to hate led zeppelin so much! Their music is 99% plagiarised. I always had that in the back of my mind when listening, but suddenly i let that go and really started to like them.

I also didn't like the sound of frank zappa, but later i loved it!

WTF?

Okay, Led Zeppelin didn't plagiarize music, they sometimes covered songs. But over time, the more you listen to artists, the more you might get into them.

except for the times when they played other people's music and insisted that they wrote it themselves, which is plagiarizing... which happened several times

How could you not love Zappa from the very first instant you heard him? OMG!

I guess with such a huge catalogue, it really depends on WHAT you hear first.

Mine was Apostrophe, and it was love at first hearing.

Bob Dylan - always hated him, whiney arrogant f*ck, with a grating voice.
Then I heard Blood on the Tracks, and loved it.
These days he's never far away from the playlist.

Tastes change, or you find an angle into a band or artist that you just click with.
