Someone knows which it's the tuning of the True American Hate song?

I want to make a tab for this song, but I isn't sure if it's in C# or other tuning, even because at live shows Alex Skolnick plays the riff like this:

1|-----------------------------------------|-----------------------------------------|
2|-----------------------------------------|-----------------------------------------|
3|-----------------------------------------|-----------------------------------------|
4|--6-----------------------------9-------|---3------------------------------------|
5|--6-----------------------------9-------|---3------------------------------------|
6|--6-----------------------------9-------|---3------------------------------------|

------------------------------------------|
------------------------------------------|
------------------------------------------|
----2-------------------------9----8----|
----2-------------------------9----8----|
----2-------------------------9----8----|

------------------------------------------|
------------------------------------------|
------------------------------------------|
--6--------------------------------------|
--6--------------------------------------|
--6--------------------------------------|

Sorry about my transcription.

It seems that he doesn't make power chords, but playing sounds so weird. I'm in doubt.

I read that Alex uses drop C# but keeps the rest of his guitar in normal Eb because he likes the way that it feels compared to full C#. Eric does tune to C# standard. I don't know if that helps any.

"C# standard" means that he uses most often, right? (sorry about my understanding, man)

Standard just refers to the intervals between the notes. It's the most used tuning, so it's called standard. C# standard is C#, G#, E, B, F#, C# from high to low, which is what Eric uses. Eb, Bb, Gb, Db, Ab, Db/C# is what Alex uses. So I'd assume that the reason the

sounds weird in standard is because Alex doesn't use a standard tuning. Hope that helps.

edit,
Alex doing:

is the same as Eric doing:

Then beyond of C# (C#, G#, C#, F#, A#, D#), has the C# Standard (C#, G#, E, B, F#, C#)? Wow.

That's right, man! Really he uses the Half-Step Down tuning with the low D# dropped to C#
Seeing this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gfmppEQeMS4), I saw that he uses it.
Thanks, man, helped me so much!
