I am being offered an Ibanez RG3EX1QM red color with case, extra strings, and capo tomorrow for $175.00 delivered to me. Is this a good deal, are there any known flaws to watch for?

Out of curiosity I just tried Googling the RG3EX1QM. There's not a whole lot on this particular model other than it looks to be a guitar made exclusively for some of the major instrumental retail chains (namely Guitar Center). It doesn't look to be a bad guitar by any means as most Ibanez RGs are of reasonable quality. The biggest concern I would have is not knowing which EMG pickups are in there.

Other than what I've already mentioned while not knowing the actual condition of the guitar, I might say that $175 is a really middle-of-the-road price for it. If it was in the $125-140 range it would be less questionable.

Just from a quick google search.

Seems like most of its buyers are satisfied. Judging from the youtube video, it doesn't have a particularly distinctive sound, but sounds fine for $175 with a hard case.

Most of what you need to know can be found on the Ibanez Wiki:

As mentioned before, the QM refers to the finish. A fixed bridge on a lower-end Ibanez is usually a good start but I would rate it on its playability. The el cheapo EMGs can be replaced at a later date if required. Something else to consider is the case your getting with it... What case is it?

I have a RG 3EXFM1, if you swap out the pickups you'll have a very good guitar.

I purchased this guitar, the case is an Under cover soft case, but is like 4X thick and has 2 big zippable pockets on outside. It's actually quite nice, although I prefer hardshell. The thing sings as is, I really don't mind the pickups much at all, I have a few other electric guitars, and this one is definitely unique. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Hey, as long as you're happy and you feel like you got a good deal, then that's all that matters.
