Hey UG people, got a question. I have an Epi dot studio and i am afraid it is drying up. what type of finish can i use to keep it from blowing away?

Keep it out of the wind.

No, wait, I have a better suggestion- Use bore oil- it is recommended for maintaining wood wind instruments.

And well yes, I'll enjoy the carpal tunnel and tendonitis, because trying to get one is clearly smarter than any word you have spoken thus far.

What's drying up? The body and neck should be poly coated and able to withstand anything short of a full nuclear strike. If the fretboard needs conditioning I recommend linseed oil. Once or twice a year depending on your climate and amount of playing.
