I just acquired an Ibanez RG350DX with the edge 3 tremolo which has been blocked and I was just wondering if I could safely change string gauges without having to adjust the tremolo as its set to B standard right now and I'd like to be able to do E standard/Drop D. Thanks in advance.

If it's totally blocked, it will be the same thing as chaning string gauges on a fixed bridge.
