i know this sounds silly because it is only 15 watts but im pretty new to this sorta stuff and was wondering if its possible to make louder.

15watts tube or solid state? Cos tube will be pretty loud if its cranked. How big a venue are we talking about. How loud is your drummer?

Chances are it'll mic'd up anway so amp volume wont be a huge issue

1. you can use everything live, 'cause you're gonna mic amps in most cases
2. ^ man, 15w are 15w, tube or transistor, and though they sound worse you can overdrive transistors as well as tubes
3. if you're thinking about getting the amp, don't, if you already have it get rid of it and find yourself a new amp

Clue: amplifiers amplify so don't turn it on if you need quiet.

Yes you can.

I wouldn't, but you can.

As noted, unless you already own it, do NOT buy that amp.
