Hi there.

The other day i noticed that when my acoustic guitar is played plugged in, the top E and B string are much quieter than the others. I replaced the battery and the problem persisted.

Any suggestions as to what might be causing this fault?

is there a bass eq on the built in preamp, it might be turned down all the way.
Someone is wrong on the internet. Only you can help.

Its a crafter gae9, with an L.R Baggs Element pickup. All the settings on the eq are in the middle position

Adjust the EQ to get the balance you want. Lighter strings are usually a bit quieter than heavy.
