Hey, so this is a love-post-break-up-cheese-fest song, I wrote a while back, but I still don't know how to name it. Can you guys help?
Open to comments and critique

I don't really know myself
But i could take the time
siting back and watch the smoke
rising in the dark

I dont really feel my soul
but i know that it's there
hiding in the traces of
your fragrance in the air

And I know how the feelings come and gone
and I see Something changes in me

I see the street lights
flashing in my glass
they know how the moment comes
just before the pass

I don't really feel my heart
but i know that it's there
following your shadow
beating for your stare

I don't really feel the days
passing over us
but you can check it honey
if you really must

I don't really feel the time
but i know that it's there
left somewhere out of place
still buried in your hair

And I know how the feelings come and gone
and I see Something changes in me

I can see the tears you cry
bout the thing i've done
but just remember honey
you'll always be the one

I don't really feel my love
but I know that its there
I would tell you everything
but you don't really care

usually the best way is to take the first line or the chords:

"I don't really know myself"

I'd say call this "conflicted" because it sounds like me that there is a conflict within that blocks all other emotions.
