Yep 3 jacks and an a/b switch and some wire and box. Some assembly required and no instructions needed... Take me about 5min if I had the parts...nex time I go to the store I can see what they got..

Saw some nice pedals for sale. Can't believe how much some people want for their stuff... Guess they don't check google for prices...cheaper new than what they want for it used.

Yep probably works great too just a or b and nothing processing the signal...

Simplest pedal this side of a kill switch. The 10M resistors are pop suppressors and the battery is just for the LED's.

Mount the two footswitches so you can hit both at the same time but not so close that it's hard to hit one by itself.

This is a one input two output switch as opposed to a dual input and single output?

Doesn't matter which you call inputs and which you call outputs.

They are independent of the actual switching. All they do is light up when one is active (ie, they're LED's). If the battery goes dead, the thing will still work, it just won't tell you which is on. No modifications are required to do what you want.
Just one small thing, if you have both turned on and you turn one guitar to zero, it will kill both. If you are just using the AB function and not the Y that is a moot point.

Thanks

can you recommend any good musical electrical parts stores? Got to be cheaper than music store chain prices...

Smallbear. Or search for pedalparts on ebay.

And I still like the boss pedal it looks sweet. Just not sure how much I want to start chaining pedals into the amp..

It has an effect in/out but I haven't really tried it yet. I have an old art effects processor and it just doesn't sound the same to me anymore..

Or it didnt ever really sound good at all...

But my boss pedals still sound like they were when I got them.

All different distortions though not any effects like flanger or chorus.

Was thinking maybe I can find a good wah pedal but I wanted to see what options I had. Last time I was in the shoppe they had like 20 wahs and I was overwhelmed...

I did see the slash wah wah... But not sure how that compares. Maybe there's a wah sticky somewhere?

Start a "what wah" thread. People here love talking about their wahs. You'll get plenty of info on which is which.
