Hi all,

You may have seen my other threads about buying a POD for silent practice. I eventually bought a POD XT second hand which proves to be very good indeed!

I am now trying to explore the world of the POD and I know you can connect it to your computer to do other things; though I am not entirely sure how or what I can do with it on my PC.

Does anyone know what software I am entitled to use? The Line6 site is not fantastic really and hard to find the right answers....

Also, can I somehow dial in tones from the web? If so are they free or do I pay?

Nice response^

XT's are fun. There was an improvement when jumping to the HD series but I could have still been happy with my XT.

Have fun with it and make sure to create your own patches. You can coax some good sounds out of it.

See, it's important that people clarify when they say "metal", because I pretty much always assume they are a Cannibal Corpse fanboi.
