Im also confused on the systems, people use to change there voice pitch all the way.

Get a coach. Either a professional voice coach or someone who knows how to sing to give you some lessons. Even a choir class could help. You need to learn how to sing well first, then worry about how to scream or what pitch shifting effects to use. Without a solid foundation, you will never progress as a vocalist.
Even the best equipment can't make an off key singer sound good.
