I have recently bought a new esp ltd guitar, so I wouldn't need my old epiphone les paul. As i bought the guitar for 250$, i decided to replace its pickups with some others i got from another guitar. Since the electronics inside were so f@cked up, and I only needed the bridge pickup, i 've disconnected everything and connected the input jack directly to the pickup. It seems to works fine, except the noise it makes at high gain, and I think it's because the grounding wire is not connected. What shall I do?

You should probably still earth it to the bridge.

I think so, but how? I'm new with that stuff!

Just connect the bridge grounding wire to the sleeve on the jack, if all you have is a pickup and jack at the moment.
