Can someone tell at is the name of this scale (if existed)?

The E string: frits(0-1-4-5-7-8-10)
And what chords can I play to back up it?

PS: I`m a beginner.

That's A harmonic minor, staring on E. E phrygian dominant if E is the root. The related chord is E7b9.

Of course, neither of those help if you don't know how to use them.

But you really need to do two things:
1) Learn the notes on your instrument
2) Learn the major scale formula and start working out your basic scales

Once you've done those, there will be little need to ask what these things are.

Thank you. That really helped.
I really want to learn theory. Any advises on how to start?
