Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with either of these headphones. They both seem to get good reviews, and theres no local stores to try them out in person. I’d be using these for in-home use, plugging it into my amp, and to plug into my laptop for when I’m messing around with recording and whatnot. I am leaning towards the audio-techinca however, due to the style, and its a little cheaper. If anyone else has a $200 or cheaper set that they like, go ahead and throw that out there! thanks.

For the money, the ATH-M50 is the best pair I can think of.
Dunnow 'bout the M50x but I suppose they're almost as good, so I'd go for that.
Name's Luca.

Clue: amplifiers amplify so don't turn it on if you need quiet.
