My Guitar was setup like a month ago and it's been playing great until 5 minutes ago when I picked it up. The 3rd fret on the high E string is almost unplayable with what sounds to be ridiculously low action. I don't get it, I played it last night and it sounded great, but it sounds awful now. I added strap locks to it today and had it faced down for a bit, could this have caused it? Also how do I fix it? I'm really not interested in bringing this to shop so that they charge me $50 for something that randomly happened.

Edit: on closer inspection, it appears one side of my bridge decided to sink.

To quote Granddad, "I think ALL marriage should be illegal."

[quote="'-[NiL"]-'] I asked him what tuning he put it in and he replied, "seventh."

Seventh.

I think there may be a connection between your having the guitar face down during the straplock installation and the bridge "deciding" to sink. No chance that the guitar was actually resting ON the bridge during the installation?
