oh nothing important just for appearance, it is only oxidized , you can see in the image

That is not oxidized, that is where the chrome/nickel has worn off and the brass is now showing

but any import sized TOM will work

not really, the chrome/nickel platting wore off. There is an electrical/chemical process to actually do it, but it will cost more than buying a new bridge

okey thank you,another questions , why some tom are builded with the head of the screw looking at the pick up and others with the head of the screw looking at the bottom of the body? wich one is the best?

either is fine. if you notice that 3 saddles are turned one way and 3 are turned the other. Sometimes you can need the added bit if travel of the saddle facing one way or the other to get proper intonation.
