So I've got this great Joyo delay pedal but it doesn't seem to want to work with my power brick, which is one of Thomann's own ones and I have no idea why...

It works perfectly with a single 9V PSA adapter or a battery and I've tried with different cables, ports on the power brick etc but still not working :/

The pedal is this http://www.joyoaudio.com/en/product/show_130.html
and the power brick is this http://www.thomann.de/gb/harley_benton_powerplant.htm

Any ideas why it's not working? I'm stumped
How are you connecting the pedal to the power supply, what cable(s) are you using, are you using any other pedal connected to the power supply, and does the thing work with a cheapo single power supply?
Name's Luca.

Clue: amplifiers amplify so don't turn it on if you need quiet.

I guess spambots are now capable of reading minds.
I'm just using one of the standard dc cables to connect the pedal to one of the 9V terminals of the power supply and not running any other pedals off it just now.
And yeah it works with a cheap single power supply.
Have you tried connecting it to other DC ports on the brick or switching cables?
