Hello!

I'm a master student in wood technology and currently I'm work on a project regarding electric guitars. For this reason I have to do some market research.

I would be very grateful if you have some minutes to fill out the questionnaire in the link below

https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/L7BTGV8

Thank you all very much!!

Go ahead and spend your money, I don't care. It won't make you sound better.

Question 1 is really redundant. When I look for an electric guitar, every factor of the guitar is important in their own way.

The second question is slightly better written, but how much I want the features you've listed really depends on what I'm going to be using the guitar for. People who are interested in playing more than one style of music tend to get more than one guitar. And how useful every feature is depends on the music style. That's why I've labelled most of the options as 'neutral'

I'll include this comment in your quiz.

Did it. But it was difficult to answer sometimes as my answers would depend on what I was purchasing the guitar for exactly.

There you go, just did your survey. Should do good for a market research survey, but just make sure to not try and satisfy everyone using one guitar design. If that was possible, we would all have that one guitar and never stop talking about how good it is. Some dreams should never come true, as they say...

No worries, not one design, actually quite the contrary in some way. You will see in a while

Well, then good luck in building lots of nice high quality, low price guitars
The above post is in terms of 'YMMV' and 'IMO', etc...

This debate is exhausting to read.
The guitar world is drowned in fairy dust.
We need to start at the very beginning. What is tone.
