Hi there,

I've just got a new 100 watt diezel einstein. I've read a bit about the different loop options but am still a bit confused as to which will be best for my setup.

I have a boss tuner, morley wah, boss noise suppressor, digitech whammy, line 6 DD.

All answers welcome!!!

Cheers

Serial loop is almost always what you want to use.

Parallel loop is a cool idea, but in actual execution I have never had good experiences with it. Setting your mix at 100% never seems to act like a Serial loop does.

The only one of those that would work well in a parallel loop is the delay and it will work just as well in a series loop, you just have adjust the dry/FX mix differently.

yeah that's what i was thinking. certainly the ns2, if you want to use the x-pattern thing in the loop, won't cut all the noise unless the loop is set to serial.
I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.
