Hi everyone! So lately I've been thinking of rearranging my rather extensive pedalboard, and it's not an area of expertise for me...so I was hoping to get some ideas/opinions as to what order you would place the pedals in. Here's what I've got, in no particular order:

-TC Polytune
-Morley Bad Horsie 2 Wah
-Suhr Shiba Drive (OD)
-Xotic BB Preamp (OD)
-Buster Jangle (OD and Boost from Catalinbread/Subdecay collaboration)
-Emma Pizdiyauwot (super high gain distortion)
-vintage MXR phase 90
-TC Hall of Fame Reverb
-TC Vortex Flanger
-EHX Small Clone Chorus
-MXR Carbon Copy Delay
-Xotic EP Booster
-ISP Decimator
-CMAT Tremoglo (tremolo)
-Maxon Compressor
-Malekko Vibrato

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!
Custom guitars, vintage amps, boutique pedals. Blah, blah, blah.

your board is really up to you but the words of advice I have been given is put the wah first and then put time altering effects like the vibrato phase and flange next then put pitch altering effects like the tremolo- then your overdrive/ distortion pedals and then your chorus and clean boost last before the reverb and then the delay last

this is petty good advice cept id put the tuner in front of everything

and id put the reverb and the delay and possibly the chorus in the effect loop
in the order chorus>delay>reverb

of couse theres some experimenting to be done some pedals dont like to be connected to others or afte others maybe youll like having your clean boost go into your overdrive or viceversa

Its really up to you as to what sounds best.
Experiment.
But, as for how I would order them:

-TC Polytune
-Morley Bad Horsie 2 Wah
-Maxon Compressor
-Xotic EP Booster
-Xotic BB Preamp (OD)
-Suhr Shiba Drive (OD)
-Buster Jangle (OD and Boost from Catalinbread/Subdecay collaboration)

-ISP Decimator
-vintage MXR phase 90

-Malekko Vibrato
-CMAT Tremoglo (tremolo)
-MXR Carbon Copy Delay
-TC Hall of Fame Reverb

Here's how I think:

Tuner
Wah
Compressor
Whatever order of ODs
Whatever order of distortions
Boost if its being used as a volume boost, if not, throw it after the compressor
Gate
Phase
Reverb (can also be put after the delay)
Chorus
Flanger
Delay
Tremolo
Vibrato

Not too sure about the flanger, trem, and vibrato, but I think that's how I'd do it.
I'm always screwing with my rig. Muh chilluns:

Mesa Boogie Royal Atlantic, Diezel 2x12

Nice setup.

I've been trying to get my hands on a Hiwatt for years but they don't have any US dealers. :/

Thanks! Mine is a 1976 Custom 100 model...ran across it at my local shop and just fell in love. Gilmour tones for days! The only 'negative' if you want to call it that is that it basically does not distort until the windows are shattering, so I have to do everything gainy with pedals. After having this rig for a while I can't go back to anything else. I have different ODs set up as 'channels' and it's been working great!
