Im kinda in a rut when it comes to learning songs. I just can't think of any hard songs to learn, and I don't feel like learning songs that don't challenge me, so i ask; what are some fun, difficult songs i could learn to improve my skill?

To give you an idea of what my criteria of "hard" is, i already know:
Yyz-Rush
Limb from limb, bloodmeat, c'est la vie, tandem, and tapestry-Protest the Hero
Prequel to the sequel-Between the buried and me
Anesthesia (pulling teeth) - Metallica
Sea of lies-Symphony X
And ive improvised a lot of riffs from other bands, but that's pretty much what i got.
Thanks in advance
And yes, ive checked the songs I need to learn thread, with little results.

Between the buried and me - Viridian: is a nice bass solo
--^^-- - white walls: another great song, alot rhytmical stuff
Necrophagist - any song from this band is hard... try only ash remains, fermented offal discharge or seven
Origin- Finite or Aftermath
Beyond creation - coexistence

Heres some stuff for you, have fun learning these!
Metal is like a apple, no-one likes the core.

Try moving away from metal and into jazz/fusion if you want hard basslines.

Or maybe funk or R&B. Do you want suggestions beyond the genres you've already mentioned? If so, i can list a few songs that will keep you occupied for a while.

Try Maggie May by Rod Stewart. That one is a walking bass line that changes with each verse, and a lot of it is downright brilliant. Beyond that, try Starship Trooper by Yes.

You could always shoot for the moon and try to learn some of Jaco Pastorius' more difficult bass lines. Things like Portrait of Tracy do not come any more complicated than that one. And if you are willing to string you bass with Piccolo strings, just about anything from Zander Zon will definitely kick your ass! He has at least one (1) tab book on the market.
